Caltex Music offers the Service for free with ads (“Free Service”). In order to use the Free Service, you will need to create an account. When you provide this information, this comprises your consent. You can create a Caltex Music account through your Google, Yahoo, or Facebook account (collectively “third-party login account”). If you choose this method, we may receive information from the third-party login account such as your public profile, profile picture, age range, language, email address, and friend list. You can stop sharing the information from the third-party login account with us by removing our access to the third-party login account. When you provide this information, this comprises your consent.

Caltex Music may use your Personal Information and browsing and listening history to track and analyze trends to enhance your experience. At Caltex Music, we want to make sure you are getting the most out of the Service. We store the Personal Information that you provide us for as long as your account is active, so we can keep operating your account. If you choose to delete your account, all of the Personal Information you provided will be deleted. We keep anonymous information about your playback history and your country of residence for accounting purposes. Should you choose to re-subscribe with Caltex Music, you must create a new account with new login credentials.
   
How you can manage your information
   
If you signed up on Caltex Music via a third-party login account, you can unlink your Caltex Music account from the third-party login account, through the third-party service. You can also manage and edit your Personal Information at any time through the “My Profile” section of the mobile and tablet application or through the website. Should you request any of your data, we can access and provide data upon your request. We will provide that data in a transferable and portable format. You can also delete any portion of your account details at any time upon request by sending an email to help@caltexmusic.com.
   
How we keep your information safe and secure
   
Caltex Music takes reasonable measures to protect your information. The security of your information is important to us, but please note that the internet is not a 100% secure environment. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security of the transmission or storage of your information. We store your information at both our own premises as well as with the assistance of third-party security service providers. Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information to the United States and process it there. Our registration and playback servers are hosted by Amazon AWS. All data on our servers is encrypted. Your information is not shared with anyone else not mentioned in this Privacy Policy.
